Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of TornaFlow, a private real estate customer relationship management and workflow organization tool developed and used by Manuel Torna Gomez, Realtor, for internal professional purposes.

By accessing or using TornaFlow, the authorized user agrees to these Terms and the TornaFlow Privacy Policy.

TornaFlow is currently intended only for the personal professional use of its authorized user and is not offered as a public CRM service to other real estate professionals.

TornaFlow assists with organizing leads, client information, follow-ups, reminders, documents, and transaction preparation.

TornaFlow is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage, legal, financial, lending, tax, title, or accounting services.

All licensed real estate activities remain subject to the supervision, policies, procedures, and requirements of the user’s registered brokerage.

TornaFlow is an organizational tool and does not replace professional judgment, brokerage review, legally required documents, or official transaction-management and record-retention requirements.

Information may be entered into TornaFlow only for legitimate real estate purposes and when the authorized user has a lawful basis or appropriate permission to collect and use that information.

The authorized user is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into TornaFlow and for complying with applicable laws, professional obligations, agreements, and brokerage policies.

Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information should not be entered unless TornaFlow expressly provides a secure field intended for that purpose.

The authorized user remains responsible for retaining any official records and documents required by law, contract, transaction requirements, or brokerage policy.

TornaFlow may connect to the authorized user’s Dotloop account only after permission is granted through Dotloop’s authorization process.

Selected client, transaction, and document information may be transmitted to Dotloop only when the authorized user initiates or approves the corresponding action.

Information transmitted to Dotloop becomes subject to the permissions, terms, privacy practices, and brokerage access controls applicable to the user’s Dotloop account and profile.

TornaFlow is independently developed and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Dotloop. Dotloop is an independent third-party service, and TornaFlow cannot guarantee its availability or operation.

Access to TornaFlow is restricted to its authorized user. Login credentials, email verification codes, connected accounts, API credentials, and security controls must not be shared or bypassed.

TornaFlow may not be used to:

• Access, store, transfer, or disclose information without authorization.
• Violate any law, professional obligation, brokerage policy, or third-party agreement.
• Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
• Copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt TornaFlow.
• Misuse Dotloop information or use it for unauthorized marketing, resale, artificial-intelligence training, or competitive analysis.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

TornaFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” No electronic system can guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute security, permanent data retention, or error-free operation.

Dashboard information, calculations, reminders, follow-up dates, and workflow recommendations are organizational aids. Important information should be independently verified before being used in a real estate transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TornaFlow and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from inaccurate information, user actions, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

The collection, use, storage, transfer, retention, and deletion of information are described in the TornaFlow Privacy Policy:

These Terms may be updated if TornaFlow’s functions, integrations, data practices, or intended use change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.

If TornaFlow is later offered to additional users or real estate professionals, these Terms will be reviewed and updated before that expanded use begins.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
