Privacy Policy

TornaFlow is a private real estate customer relationship management and workflow organization tool developed and used by Manuel Torna Gomez, Realtor, for internal professional purposes.

TornaFlow assists with organizing leads, client information, follow-ups, documents, and transaction preparation. TornaFlow is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide brokerage services. All licensed real estate activities performed by the user remain subject to the supervision, policies, and requirements of the user's registered brokerage.

TornaFlow is currently intended for the personal professional use of its authorized user and is not currently offered as a public CRM service to other real estate professionals.

TornaFlow may store information entered by its authorized user during legitimate real estate activities, including:

• Names and contact information, such as telephone numbers and email addresses
• Buyer or seller classification and preferences
• Property addresses and property-related information
• Budget, financing, lender, and transaction-preparation information
• Notes, communications, follow-up dates, reminders, and workflow history
• Information concerning client needs, objectives, concerns, and proposed strategies
• Identification and transaction-related documents when voluntarily provided for a legitimate real estate purpose
• Documents associated with buyer or seller representation and transaction preparation

TornaFlow is intended to collect and store only information reasonably necessary for lead management, client organization, follow-up, and transaction preparation.

Limited technical information may also be processed when necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the application, such as login activity, device or browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information.

Information stored in TornaFlow is used only for legitimate professional purposes, including:

• Organizing leads and client relationships
• Managing communications, reminders, and follow-ups
• Recording client needs and transaction-preparation information
• Organizing buyer and seller workflows
• Preparing authorized information and documents for transaction management
• Maintaining internal professional records
• Reducing duplicate data entry
• Protecting, operating, and maintaining the application
• Sending selected information and documents to the authorized user's Dotloop account when initiated by the user

TornaFlow uses OpenAI as its artificial-intelligence provider to power certain assistive features. TornaFlow does not use personal information or Dotloop data to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

TornaFlow may connect to the authorized user's Dotloop account only after the user grants permission through Dotloop's authorization process.

When expressly initiated or authorized by the user, TornaFlow may send selected client, transaction, and document information to a Dotloop profile available to that user. The integration is intended to reduce duplicate data entry and assist with transaction preparation and brokerage review.

No information is intentionally transmitted to Dotloop unless the authorized user initiates or approves the corresponding action.

Information transferred to Dotloop will be subject to the permissions, access controls, privacy practices, and terms applicable to the user's Dotloop account and brokerage profile. Information submitted to a brokerage-controlled Dotloop profile may be accessible to authorized brokerage personnel according to the permissions established within Dotloop.

The user may disconnect or revoke the Dotloop integration. TornaFlow is independently developed and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Dotloop.

TornaFlow does not sell, rent, market, or disclose personal information to unrelated third parties.

Information stored in TornaFlow is intended for the private use of the authorized user. TornaFlow does not automatically share client information with lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys, advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated parties.

Limited information may be processed by technology service providers solely as necessary to host, secure, authenticate, maintain, and store information for the application. These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.

Selected information may also be transmitted to the authorized user's Dotloop account when the user initiates or authorizes the transfer. TornaFlow may disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulatory obligation, or a valid governmental request.

TornaFlow may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies when necessary for authentication, security, user sessions, application preferences, and essential application functionality.

TornaFlow does not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

TornaFlow uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Access to the private CRM is restricted to authorized users. Credentials, access tokens, API keys, and integration secrets are intended to be maintained through protected server-side systems and are not intentionally displayed publicly.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Therefore, TornaFlow cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, or other security incidents will never occur.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage leads, client relationships, transaction preparation, professional records, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, and applicable brokerage record-retention policies.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law, regulation, contractual obligation, litigation hold, transaction requirement, or brokerage policy.

Disconnecting Dotloop does not automatically delete information previously transferred to or stored within Dotloop. Information held by Dotloop remains subject to Dotloop's applicable terms, privacy practices, account settings, and brokerage requirements.

An individual may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained in TornaFlow.

Requests will be reviewed and handled when reasonably appropriate, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, transaction, or brokerage record-retention requirements.

A deletion request may not be completed when the information must be retained for a legitimate legal, regulatory, transaction, dispute-resolution, or brokerage compliance purpose.

TornaFlow relies on limited third-party technology services for functions such as hosting, authentication, secure data storage, document storage, and the optional Dotloop integration.

Those services operate under their respective terms and privacy practices. TornaFlow is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, security measures, or availability of third-party services.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when TornaFlow's functionality, integrations, data practices, or intended use changes.

The effective date displayed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes are made. The current version will remain publicly available on this page.

If TornaFlow is later offered to additional users or real estate professionals, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated before that expanded use begins.
